William Krygier
President

Bill learned the art of property management at his father's knee. To fine tune his knowledge, Bill attended The University of New Haven where he attained his degree in business administration and also received a number of specialized certificates in real estate and property management.
 
Even more importantly than his educational background, Bill brings an unusually high level of integrity and honor to his relationships with clients, staff, and vendors. Bill believes that treating people with respect will ensure that potentially difficult decisions effecting property values can be made and progress is achieved with regard to implementation of long-term projects.
 
Bill personally oversees each of the properties Empire engages as a client. In this capacity, he meets with board of directors on a regular basis to review the financial status of the association. In addition, he supervises vendors on all capital improvement projects.
 
One of Bill's personal loves is gardening. He is very pleased to offer his more than 30 years of experience to every condominium association we manage. Thus ensuring the curb appeal of the properties which leads to value enhancement.
 

Lillian Rojas
Financial Manager

 
Lillian brings more than 25 years of non-profit financial management experience to Empire Property Management. At Empire, Lillian supervises the work involved with managing the funds of the condominium associations. From preparing annual budgets, to working with CPAs to complete prepare tax returns, to monitoring collections, to reviewing insurance policies. Lillian knows that every penny counts and ensures that they are carefully tracked.

Debbie Manfield
Maintenance Manager

 
Debbie is our superwoman of day-to-day maintenance issues and has her finger on the pulse of the day-to-day happenings with Empire's clients. With more than 10 years of customer service experience, Debbie knows how to quickly assess problems and dispatch the right resources for quick results. In addition, Debbie has an unparallel level of patience and uses this trait to calm distraught homeowners.

Bette Bosco
Account Specialist
 
Bette is a very important member of the Empire team. She processes every payment that is made by unit owners. She reviews customer accounts with unit owners, prepares resale documents as needed and works with Debbie on day-to-day maintenance issues.

Suzanne Sullivan

Suzanne fulfills a number of key roles at Empire Property Management. So many, that we are unable to give her just one title! Her primary functions include assisting Lillian with taking care of the dollars, managing the reservation desk for Seaspray, (one of our time-share properties) and is the bylaw administrator ensuring that association member understand the guidelines set out by the association's rules, regulations and declaration.
